• Full name, email, and role (teacher/student)
• Grade and guardian phone number (students only)
• Class information, attendance records, and payment data
• Device information for app functionality

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

• Provide the tuition management service
• Track attendance and fee payments
• Enable teacher-student communication
• Improve the App experience
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared:

• Between teachers and their enrolled students (attendance, payments)
• With service providers who help operate the App
• When required by law or legal process

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics.

6. Your Data Privacy Rights

Under applicable data privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (via account deletion)
• Withdraw consent
• Data portability
• Object to processing

7. Children's Privacy

NexusTutor may be used by minors with guardian consent. Guardian phone numbers are collected for students who are minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.

The App does not use cookies. We may collect basic analytics data to improve app performance and user experience.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
